Detection chemistry
Roche detection chemistry provides ways to obtain greater sensitivity and specificity, multimers, haptens, and detection amplification.
Chromogenic detection
Unique chromogens enable powerful IHC techniques such as multiplexing and co-localization.
Fluorescent detection
Fluorescent detection driven by tyramide chemistry that outperforms the sensitivity of traditional fluorescent IHC methods.
IHC and ISH multiplexing
Multiplexing (detection of two or more targets in the same tissue) provides many advantages. Seeing two or more targets in the same tissue provides unique information about the relationship between those targets, and powerful conclusions about functional roles may be drawn. Unlike NGS or PCR, spatial information is gained from the cell types within the complex architecture of the tissue. In addition, multiplexing conserves precious tissue samples, and can also reduce costs.
